• Distribute name tags earlier (at the first reunion event rather than the last would be best ),
• Provide pencils if immediate written responses are requested,
• Have everyone introduce themselves at the reunion dinner so people will know who is there, and know who to look for first, second, third etc., or send out a list prior to the reunion of those who registered.

Should we charge only for the dinner, or should each activity have a price, that would allow classmates to participate at different cost levels, including free? For example, for 2009, the reunion might have been ( instead of $48 for registration for all events ):

Where would you like to have the class gather on the Friday night before the reunion? Shall we look for a different venue with more comfortable seating? Perhaps one with music.?

What awards should be given next time? We handed out a number of fun awards at the reunion including "married longest", "most grandkids", "traveled the farthest", "least changed".

One event on Saturday was a bus tour of Aurora to see many old hangouts and memories. Would this be of interest again? Is there another activity that would be fun during the day?

Shall we try to have one hotel for out of towners? It would be easier for them to visit. Perhaps we could schedule an activity there.
